Purpose of the processing

The data sent by email to synchron2026-organizers@inria.fr is used solely for conference registration and organization.

Legal basis of the processing

The data is collected on a consent or voluntary basis.

Data records

The personal data collected is limited to the fields of the registration template.

Recipients of the data

These data are forwarded to the conference organizers and shared with the CAES du CNRS (see their data projection policy).

Unless requested otherwise, participant names and affiliations will be listed on the public website.

Data retention times

These data are retained for a maximum of 2 months after the end of the conference, except for participant names and affiliations which will remain on the publicly accessible website unless requested otherwise.

Transferring data outside the European Union

No data are transferred outside the European Union, with the exception of participant names and affiliations listed on the publicly accessible website.

Personal rights

Pursuant to the statutory and regulatory provisions applicable, in particular French Data Protection Law (Law no. 78-17 of 6 January) and Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (applicable since 25 May 2018), you have the following rights:
